I also dance, I do hardcore ballet and I have a lot of thigh and calf muscles do you think that they are part of the reason why I weigh so much or no? thanks!
I have the same height and weight as you. I just gained about 11 pounds in a month, but so far I dont seem fat. Yet. Its the rate of weight gain that alarms me though. So my suggestion is: If you have been at this weight for a couple of months now, great. If your weight is however a result of weight gain, try adjusting your diet and exercising more
