Am i fat?

I know I know that when someone asks if they are fat the answer is all ways NO your not fat your fine but I never know if their being honest you know so yeah here goes I weigh 195 and im 5' 9 and everyone is like your not fat and when I tell them I...

Ok...you're 5'9 and 195? I don't see that you're over weight...remember MUSCLE WEIGHS MORE THAN FAT!!! And if you're really worried about being fat then start doing some simple workouts like belly dancing, or salsa dancing, or go swimming. and eat about 1000-1500 cals a day and drink plenty of water. My husband is 5'11, in the army, and weighs 180lbs and when I hear him say he's fat I smack him. lol He is muscle and can't get it through his head that having muscle tone though he doesn't notice it is not the same as being fat.

Well, I cant say you look fat, because I cant see you

You are overweight, however. Try finding how many calories you eat in a day, and subtract 500 to lose a pound a week.

from the picture I see of just your face you dont look overweight but I do agree, I dont think thats the normal weight for 5'9'... is it?

Yeah, we need to actually see your body here to know. You could weigh 195 lbs and not be overweight if you happen to be athletic. As it is, I have to withhold my comment.

Depends..as above stated..if your athletic then it could be due to muscle weight. But if not then you are overweight but that would be easy to burn off, firstly in the morning have a rather large breakfast (helathy though) Fruit and Fibre for example. This helps keep your matablism going and burns more calories and hepls you eat less through out the day. In the after noon have an apple and water for lunch. And in the evening a normal amount of salad or pasta but becarefull with pasta because of carbohydrates..and do NOT eat after 6pm or ine america 1800 hours lol otherwise it keeps your body wroking when your trying to sleep, so you'll get to sleep quiker in other words.
