it depends on what your body can take my boyfriend is like lean and he eats till the cows come home lol hes always hungery and I get so mad cas I gota diet like crasy to keep the lbs off and hes got to eat like crazy to keep the pounds on lol it just aint fair!
but any ways it does depend on if you work out a lot or have a physical job or not cas if your workin hard its ok cas then you burn most of it off.
how many calories do you say you eat a day?
It does seem like a lot to be eating, yes. But then again like jackzonsmom said it depends whether your doing a lot of physical excercise like working etc. if your just sitting watching t.v all day and sitting around the house this is WAY too much. I dont eat a great deal I just eat when im hungry because atm I sit at home a lot with my son as he is still young soo im not burning enough energy to eat loads! Anyway I do think your eating a little too much an average calorie intake per day is 2500 for a man/boy!
I wouldn't say too much food, just not the right food. Try only having 1 or half a choclate bar a day. Take out some of your meat and switch it for varieties of fruits and veggies. Also get rid of the high fat yogurt and get some low or no fat yogurt. I personally love Silohette yogurt.

If you would like to lose weight/be healthier you could try replacing fatty snacks with fruit and vegetables. You also need protein, carbohydrate and dairy for a balanced diet.
