the most common problem would be is you are probably sleep walking then waking up unexpected but be careful cause sleep walking could and can be dangerous

Yea...Probably just sleepwalking. My husband woke up one morning cause he was really cold. And he had sleepwalked outside our back door and was standing up holding onto the metal fence! Talk about craziness!
