Am I being lead on?

I was dating this girl about a month and a half ago but she wasnt my girlfriend and then she broke it off and said we needed to be friends because she felt that we were moving to fast and she needed space. She has a child and she had to go to court for cusody issues and also said thats why she broke it off. So two weeks pass and I give her space so she calls me and asks why I dont call her anymore, I told her I was respecting her decision. So I started calling her and now she never answers. So she called me the other day and I asked her was there a possiblity of us ever talking again and she said yes. She told me to call her the next day so I did. No answer, then the next day I called she answered and said I will call you back, she called back but I missed the call. Then I called her back 2 mins later no answer. Then I tried tonight no answer. Shes always saying how I dont call her anymore then I caught her in a lie and I told her I called her previously 2 times and she says oh yeah you did call, I forgot to call you back. Is she leading me on??
