500 calories or less is definitely NOT healthy. try cutting down from 2000 calories a day, to 1100.
OH on calories you eat 2,000cals a day? but you want to eat 500? is that riht?

you know, bones weigh a lot. Everyone has different bone weight. My sister is so thin but she has really heavy bones so she doesn't look her weight at all. Its NOT about how much you weigh, its about how you LOOK! Don't starve yourself pleasee! Be thankful that you have food. Look at all those children out there suffering from famine. Be realistic. If you're trying to lose weight 1400 calories a day is ideal and I mean it. Good luck!
Just remember you do not have to weight nothing tobe anorexic that is the publics view. Take that as one who jsut got out of treatment for what she thought was just bulimia but the stupid doctors told me I was an Ana Mia and my numbers are no where near low it has to do with the dramatic weight loss I had in a short time

l eat about 600 calories a day... But the thing is, I want to eat 500 calories or less.
Does this mean I'm anorexic? I'm 140 pounds and 5'2 right now.
