Am i anorexic?

Help! Am I Anorexic?
Every time I eat food, I always count the Calories, ALWAYS, and if I don't know I just round it up really high (Like 1000cal) or I just don't eat.
I NEVER eat Junk food like Cookies, Doughnuts, or anything like that, and almost...

everything I eat is Low Calorie.
Sometimes I eat a lot of healthy or healthyish foods but I still feel like I'll gain Weight.
Recently I've kind of been eating a lot because I've been depriving myself from Food and I couldn't stand it. But tomorrow I'm starting to eating really well again and eat like 600-1000 calories if possible.
If I do eat what I think is a lot, I'll burn it all of on Dance Dance Revolution.
I'm 13, 5'11, and 128 pounds.
I feel so FAT, I look in the mirror and see a huge person, when my friends and mom say I look unhealthy. I feel like they're lying too me! I say like 5x a day Am I gaining Weight or Am I fat?!
I worry about gaining weight so much! Please help. Am I okay?

your BMI has now got down to 17.9...that's underweight.
anorexic-weight under 17.5 or less...so you're close to it.
to be anorexic you also have to have had no periods for at least 3 mth...that's assuming you've started your periods?
anyway...apart from those 2 things you def' sounds anorexic.
you need to get some help.

Woah woah woah, ok your not anorexic YET. but your close.
it sounded pretty healthy up until the 600-1000 calories part.
the average person should eat between 1500-2000 a day. I dont think you should pig out or anything but you should probably eats a little junk food here and there or try eating filling foods like meat etc. stuff w/ protein.

And I'm hoping to lose LOTS more Weight.
Maybe 10.

You are 5'11 and you only weigh 128 pounds, yet you think they're lying when they say you're skinny. Let me tell you something. I am 5'11 also, and I weighed 155 and people thought I was doing drugs because I was so skinny. I gained weight and was about 165 and not to sound cocky but I got a ton of compliments from people saying I had one of the best bodies out of anyone they knew. That is just a little heads up to you that 128 pounds is VERY VERY VERY LIGHT and you could probably gain 30 pounds and still look good

I can tell you from experience that you are not anorexic unles you are actually AFRAID of gaining weight.
my best friend was just diagnosed and it is not something you want to get yourself into. it can lead to infirtility [not able to have kids].
from what it sounds like your at a pretty early stage of it, but I believe you can turn yourself around if you really try.
dont think of it as calories or fat, because your body needs those things. think of them as necessities to keep you healthy.

and I am most certainly not a doctor, im a 13 year old still trying to figure out things of my own. so please dont take only my advice. talk to an adult or someone you trust about this. if it gets serious however do NOT be afraid to go to a doctor. anorexia is a serious mental illness and people have died from starving themselves.

I know exactly how you feel, I count calories all the time, but be carefule! I went from being a fast food junkie, to healthy, to eating nothing but a banana for breakfast, two apples for lunch, a and a jacket potato with mushrooms for dinner because of this! I even used to feel really horrible about myself if I had a one calorie ice pop! And then when I saw my boyfrend get really upset about it one day, it just shocked me into eating in order to make him happy, the problem was, because I hadn't eaten chocolate or cakes in so long, I went crazy, eating 3000 calories in one go of simply chocolate! The amazing thing was though for a couple of weeks, I didn't put on any weight, I was just under eight stone, and I stayed this throughout a couple of weeks, before slowly I put on a ound or so each week, Although I felt sick and hated myself, I loved the way I had so much energy all of a sudden, meaning that I was able to excersize withoutcausing myself to bruise! And at nigjht I didn't end up with bruises anymore, and in the morning I didn't collapse like I used to! I've still lost control of my eating, and I'm still eating more than I should but the thing is, I am so much happier for it!
