Alter file size

How do you alter the size of a micromedia file?

I dont mean the actual size of the document but how much space it takes up

You could either compress the file, with WinZip, Win Ace, or similar compression programs, or you could alter the materials in the file; I.e. smaller resolution graphics, less dynamic elements can help reduce file size.
