Q: Alltel?

If you have a alltel phone after what time is it free to talk on it and also can you call people from out of state and have it still be free after that certain time.

A: it really all depends on what plan you have with alltel. I have alltel and its free after nine for me but if you pay you can talk free after seven. im not sure about calling people out of state though.. I think they might charge you for long distance. :) hope I could help!
