Isn't it really annoying when someone answers in all caps?

Is it just me or is it REALLY ANNOYING when some one answers come in all caps?

Doesnt it just break writing etiquette?

no. I know others have a problem with that but to me I believe it is a fun and creative way of writing. there is no rule against all caps, therefore it doesn't break 'writing ettiquette'
some people HATE handwriting while others enjoy it.
remember that you arent the only one who doesnt like it but that it doesnt 'break rules'

Lots of writing breaks writing etiquette, but it doesn't seem to stop people.
I guess people enjoy typing like that because they like to be 'different' even though its serverly anoying. 4nd wh3n p30pl3 t4lk lyk3 th1s , its just as anoying. It bugs me when people don't use proper punctuation to. They write like an entire paragraph without using any periods, how anoying.

Writing in all caps is very annoying, and it DOES break with writing etiquette. Writing in all caps is equivalent to shouting, and it makes the writer look unintelligent. Sorry folks, facts are facts.
