well breath mints, mouth wash, and onions will mask the smell, but they wont remove alcohol from the breath
and whatever you do dont use a mouth spray, lysterine actually has alcohol in it...

you could use activated charcoal, it will absorb the vapors

There isn't a lot you can do to hide the smell. The alcohol sits in the stomach and until it is digested...that can take many hours you will have that yucky alcohol smell.
