no. not at this point. if your male is purebreed, but for whatever reason you did not get papers with him, you can send in a pic and sometimes also a vet statement certifying that he/she believes your cocker to be purebreed. they review the info you have sent and can choose to register your dog as a purebreed and then issue you papers. at that time you could apply for litter papers. however, akc has rules that if you do not paper your male...your female can now never have her litters papered in the future since she bread with a non-papered male...even if you use a purebreed stud. crazy, I know, but true.
No, and don't breed them. There are way enough puppies and dogs in this country. (2 to 4 million are put to sleep every year. Yep, even purebred ones.)
Nope!! And since you can't register them, ya might as well neuter him.
AKC does have a program for sending a pic of a dog who isn't registered...if it appears that it's purebred, it can be quasi-registered, ONLY to participate in AKC sponsered agility and obedience...BUT NOT FOR BREEDING.
