Hi,

Your photo needs to be resized to 48 by 48 pixels. You can do this with photoshop, or download a program like AIM Buddy Icon Maker Plugin.

Then go to your AIM program, Click on Actions at the bottom, then 'Set Buddy Icon', then 'Browse', and then find the photo you want to use!
