Just take your pic in a photo program and then size it down to 50x50 and apply it. it has to be 50x50 or it wont work.

um. well if you got a ichat then add the pic a library and then click on your icon when you sign and itll come up wit a list and click edit and then choose and TADAc choose your pic

uhhh on mine you go 2 edit and then settings. then you choose ezpressions and then you press edit under your icon and you can browse thru your folders
