The more you avoid and use others to cope the worse it will get. The only way to get over a phobia (and this sounds so cliche) is by doing what you're afraid of. And yes, I know. oh so simple to say. Seek counseling?

I do too.. I don't have it very bad, I just get really anxious and I feel like I'm naked lol.
Try not to go to places alone as often. happy
