Age of consent to move out?

I am 16 now and I was nting to move in with my boyfriend when I am 17 I live in ohio and he lives in texas he is 25 and he has a house down there all setup for us I was wondering if it is leagal for us to date?? And if I can move out if it is ok with my parents ???

I live in texas and I can tell you for a fact that the cops are on a special lookout for adults dating minors.theres this thing going with a lot of the guys here mostly in their 20's where they go out with girls that are minors around 13 to 17 and it can go on for months to about a year with one girl!

I know several girls that have gone out with guys that are 18 to 30 and the girls were 12 to 17.The problem is is that they are so convincing,they say things like 'baby I love you so much I would do anything for you I would even give my life for you!' and 'Babe im going to take you to the jewelry store(a real one)and you can pick out any ring that you want and thatll be our promise ring'.

They say they want to marry you as soon as you turn 18 and the biggest one is 'Babe I love you so much that I think you should move in with me' and of course they say 'And Don't worry about anything because I have a nice little house for us to live in and I have a job so I can take care of us'.

They always say it and the thing that always ends up happening is they sleep with you even though they might say I want to wait till mariage then they MIGHT stay with you a month or two longer then they will say 'your to young for me' or some other line and then your out on your own without a job and like most no parents to help you up because you messed things up with them when you move in with him.

Now you most likely are going to be another band on their wrist(some are counting now)like the rest,and I know you love him but sometimes words are just words.

But to answer your question It is beyond ilegal for a 16 year old and a 25 year old to date.
he would get introuble in texas and ohio.some guys have gotten life in prison because of the amount of things they were charged with(in Texas).Like we say everythings bigger in Texas...including the punishment.

no it's not legal if you date. he is someone who is legally a pedophile. just wait until you are 18 to move out. you can move out if you have your parents consent, but I don't think any normal parents would want their 17 year old daughter to move in with her 26 year old boyfriend.. like I said wait until you're legal to move.

Its not legal. you are not married to him so Idont even think your parents would let you do such a thing.When you are married to him you can do that.
