Age just a number?

Ok so I have a friend who is going to be 17 in two weeks and we have a little argument going on. There is this girl that lives in our apartments who is 13 but looks like a 16 year old so they talk and hang out a lot and he told me he wants to go out with her but I told him that he was to crazy that she was to young for him but he told me that age is just a number. Any one agree with me that age does matter

age matter's to an extent I feel like.
I think for a relationship 17 and 13 are too big of a difference.
sounds bad- but if he was 28 and her 24- it wouldnt be bad.
she's probably not mature enough for a relationship with him yet!

well in a sense it is but as long as the parents don't mind if they go out it's okay. they better not have sex because if the parents wanted to they could press charges he may not be 18 but he is 4 years olde than her and they could get him stachatory rape. in some cases it does when you are under 18 it does matter but when you are over 18 no one reall plays attention ti it because it's not illegal

Age is only a number when you're of legal age, plain and simple.
