Nope -
There isn't anything wrong with a 3 year difference but there are many differences between a 13 and 16-year-old, too much. A 16-year-old is much more experienced and probably has higher needs than any 13-year-old should get involved with. If a 13-year-old decides to start dating they should stick with their own age till they're more mature. I don't see why a 16-year-old would be going for a 13-year-old in the first place, that's a little creepy...

no I dont think they should but its a personal choice and you have to make it for yourself if you like him and you know he likes you and he cares about you then go for it.
