Hello, I was just wondering if it was illegal for an 18 y/o to be with a 15 y/o in the state of MN. I read somewhere that it was only illegal if you were 4 years apart or more. Im not sure if this is accuret and I would rather be safe than sorry.

It is illegal everywhere (as far as I know) for anyone over 18 to date anyone under 18, under 17 their parents can press charges. 17 and over the minor can fight the parents charges but in many courts the parents still win. Usually it's statuatory rape, sexual assult or child molestation and you can go to jail.
