I've done a bit of research on a few african frogs but there are many species. However here is a general insider on Frog's diets.

It all depends whether they're fully aquatic or not. Non-aquatic frogs will generally eat only life food. Non-aquatic generally don't mind. =] If life foods cannot be obtained then frozen ones are the next best choice.

African Dwarf Frogs' preferred diet is bloodworms. But yet again, I'm not sure which type of frogs you are talking about..

Some frogs like aautic frog pellets(this is if they are aqautic of course). These can be bought from any pet stores.
