You need a bit more experience with the site, and need to be here a bit longer. Once you have been here for a while and are used to the way things work, then you can contact 'thedude' or 'editor' telling them you would like to become one. When you FunMail them, be sure to include some good advice you have given, they will look over everything and consider you over time. If someone notices you giving a lot of really good advice and stuff, you could also get promoted to become one.
