What are the conditions to be an advisor?

The best Asked by jaytothemie14 over 2 years ago, 2 answers.

I am interested in becoming an advisor, and I was wondering;
Is there a certain age limit to be an advisor?
Is there anybody in particular I need to speak with to become one?
I would assume that TheDude is the decision maker along
with his...

co-partner...but I wanted to make sure.

Thank you

Yes, that's correct - hang out for a few more days (so we know you're not leaving, lol) and then drop me a fun mail we'll promote you.

Thanks!

Just to add to what my buddy @thedude said...

What's most important is that you have a good track record of giving advice on the site. For instance, we look at your home page and we see only see few pieces of advice, then you would not be a good candidate. Here are things that will get you good consideration:

* Excellent spelling, grammar and use of the language itself.
* Showing that you know how to research the 'net to help answer questions
* Your rating
* A good log of clear, proper advice
