I have been on this site for a very long time now and I have answered many questions to the best of my knowledge.
Can an advisor please review some of my postings and let me know what else I can do to become an advisor, or if I am already good enough to...

It's a lot of hard work, and you put up with a lot of people abusing you...not something recommended for those who just want to have fun.

no, that's not what I'm saying... I'm just wondering, what is the point of being an advisor?
are there any reason to become one? Do you get payed for it? Or what?

No, it's voluntary, and there are no actual perks involved.

We keep the site clean and in order, and help out when needed.
