I would like to go to the Philippines and setup an office there with 4-5 people to work as a call centre and for accounting purposes for our travel business in europe.

-where to find an office space to employ 4-5 people near Manila - is there a website?
-where to search for people to employ that speak good english, know how to use the computer and maybe speak other languages such as Italian or French?
-how long it takes to install a phone line and braodband and where its available?
