Advice on how to talk to guys?

Ok so here's my problem. I need to learn how to talk to guys that I like and be more out going because I can't get a boyfriend for the life of me. And its not like guys haven't ever asked me for my number or have hit on me its just when they do I don't know how to answer them so I just ignore them I need tips on how to be more outgoing oh and not to look desperate but any guys specifically help me because you'd know the best answers and thx everyone in advance.

well im a girl as you can see in my picture lol but I think I could help u... I used to be the same way. you need to start off with making friends with guys. if you dont have neguy friends the best way to go about this is to have a friend introduce you to some guys. as for talking to them its ganna be hard at first but you can let them do the talking by first introducing urself to be friendly and saying hi and then be like so what school do you go to or something like that. this will build you up a little more confidence in talking to guys and soon enough you can start flirting. to do that you can laugh a lot but not too much twirl your hair ect. when guys ask you out randomly chances are they dont like you for you so who needs them. its nice to be liked for your looks but it is even better to be liked for both looks and personality. dont just go out with anyguy that comes your way because then guys are ganna think your easy and take advantage of u. ull get a boyfriend in no time ^ ^ hope I helped and need more advice funmail me ~kaitlyn~
