I think your weight is just fine for how tall you are. In Body Mass Index numbers you are in the healthy weight zone more closer to thinner. However, you may be at a healthy weight and still feel that you could be thinner because of where you carry your weight most. If everything above your waist is perfect and you feel your legs are thicker than you'd like than concentrate on your legs to get them leaner. Vice versa, if you feel that your legs are fine but your upper body isn't then work on toning your arms and abs. Find the point on your body you're least satisfied with and find exercises to concentrate on that area.
I'm bout the same weight and height as u, and your healthy, I checked my BMI recently, try doin sit ups and push ups- you only need to do 10 a day, they are good for tonin your tum if you do them regularly. or walk instead of takin the car. stuff like that. good exercise, but you probably dont need to diet.

Advice, I would like to lose four or five pounds
my weight is driving me crazy! I'm 5'4 weigh 119 and I want to lose atleast 4lbs do you think it is ok or I don't need to oh and I'm in a size 4-5
