You just give them a personal opinion about their answer. Its really easy, anyone can give good advice if they try. Heres some tips:
- read their whole question before answering
- be as nice as possible, even when its hard
- use facts
- if you aren't 100% sure about your answer, do some research in the internet
- if someone is rude about your advice, report them instead of being rude in return
- use proper grammar and punctuation
- DONT TYPE LIKE THIS (kind of annoying)

I read their questions then draw from some of my own experiences. I have picked up a few people from my advice that have sent me their email addresses. I have met a lot of new people on this site. I really love it.
