So what exactly is adsense?

It is usually real late when I get on here to wind down. I came across a question regarding "adsense" and "earnings". Although I do contracts on a daily basis, I do not know what this is. Was "gracy" asking if she could get paid to be on here? and if so, why?

I think most people don't read that small bit off the home page...we're eventually going to expand it so you can earn money by answering questions too, however, that's a bit more code to put together & we have a huge list of things we're trying to fix, modify, etc, at the moment.
