...this is why you shouldn't have nuked your account wink

We show them in the middle of the page for logged out visitors *and* for the first 30 days after you sign up...so, until then, they'll be there. The reason why we do that?

Well, we have to pay for staff, servers, domains, marketing, etc, etc...and I'm here a lot more than I used to be, as the site has gotten busier, and I have kids (so does my business partner).

After 30 days, the only ads we have are on the right side of the page...and no, we don't have a contract with Google per se, those are for bigger deals with larger companies...we have the same deal most websites get of similar size as us.

not all of the questions have it. yours doesnt. but im guessing funadvice made a contract deal with google to get more funds to the site. and if there is some contract, its obviously to place more ads. and funadvice gets paid for it
