How can i hide my cutting?

I am 15 years old and stopped cutting myself last may because too many people found out and I was sent to a counselor. Things are starting to get hard again and I cut myself a few nights ago with scissors. They healed and I want to do it again but I dont...

want anybody to find out because I find it embarrasing. Where can I do it where nobody can see or how do I stop?

Do it on your legs (thighs) or other places no one will see it. Wear pants and long skirts/shorts.

I don't think you should cut yourself. If your expiriencing emotional pain what makes you think physical pain is going to improve on that? When i'm going through hardships i drink alone. See i guess alot of people think that by harming themselves they are actually helping themselves and we all couldn't be more wrong. Try other ways of getting your anger sadness or whatever emotion your epiriencing out. I myself am a christian and often through my beliefs and religion i get my anger out. You obviously need a healthy way to deal with it , explore religions it never hurts to just find out about them.

And tragickingdom, the physical pain doesn't improve anything. It replaces the emotional pain. For some people it's much easier to cope with physical pain than emotional pain. But ejwj, i like the fact you also asked how to stop. Focus on that. You need to let the people around you who care help you with that.

It's not an okay option to cut. Take care of yourself; you only get one.

pleas pleas pleas dont cut yourself.. i know that its hard for you because my bestfriend since pre-k started doing that and it was horrible. yes it is embarissing because it got to the point where we needed to speak to her and her mom and the counsler got ivloved ( not what we wanted to happen) and there was alot of crying and yelling .. by you cutting yourself you are hurting others that love and care for you... by my friend cutting herself it really made me and my other best friend feel like we wanted to die because we were in so much pain for her thinking why would she do that to herself and hide it and make excuses about it.. why couldnt she come to use to help her get through what was going on... after that inccedent she wasnt speaking to us but after she realized that we were only trying to help her and that we loved her and she spoke to us about why she did it so in a way we were sorta her counslers .. she hasnt done it since then and we and her are verry proud...
so i guess where im going with this is that DONT DO IT.. and talk to some one close to you ,, a friend cousin mom dad sister ect.. just someone instead of going to councling.. it doesnt have to be this big open conersation that everyone has to know about...
the sme thing happened with my cousin and she talked to me and my mom about it because she couldnt face her parents and now she has stopped. she looks back on it and is disgusted about what she had done...
so now you should talk to someone and dont do it again no matter how hard it my be just try not to!!!

With all the cheer leaders egging you on... I guess that peer pressure has something to do with this terrible habit... You could turn this completely around, do a 360... with prayer... God did not create you to do this to yourself... he loves you and can help you, if you go to him in prayer... and give him your heart... so that you will have some help with these thoughts come rolling thru your head... have you ever thought about becoming a Christian? If you are at all int. please funmail me, I will pray with you, and help you to change this to a positive behavior...
