Activating my account... again!!

Well, I tried everything I could, the email isnt ANYWHERE not in spam or Inbox and im 100% sure I put in my email adress right. Even if I did try to change it, it just sends me to the main page and it shows a message saying that I can not do anyting...

because I have not activated my account.

my question is... Whut happens if I try to activate it Via Cellphone?
Will is cost me?

Why don't you just do what I told you to do the first time and contact admin..they can manually confirm your account:
