Acne help

I have really bad acne on my back. It sucks. I can never wear tanktops or dresses that show my shoulders or back. I hate when I go swiming because everyone can see my back. Does anyone know something that can help it go away, for good?

Try washing your back with an antibacterical soap and use benzoyl peroxide gel or cream. That should help

I dont have that but my frenns sis does and it started clearing up when her dr put her on amoxicilin so maybe that wood help?

I used to have that on my chest and nothing ever worked so I had to get some prescribed ointment from my doctor and it helped 100%. It thats an option you should make an appointment.

avoid letting your hair rub against your back, the oils in your hair can cause acne.

shower in hotter water and put rubbing alcoal on a rag and wipe over after your shower! Good luck!

~ for realy painful bad acne see a dermatoligist. they can prescribe acutaine to you which permanatly takes away all acne to every part of your body. it's pretty expensive tho.
