um, I wouldn't suggest a product, I would suggest a skin docter. what worked for me though was just washing my face with normal soap..like something like..olay creme body wash...and when youget outta the shower make sure you dry face and leave not a single wet spot because wetness will atract all the cr*p that goes in your zits..don't pop your zits. ...I don't know, what else can I tell you? just take care of yourself..it works, I promise.

How about going to your doctor. He can check it out and prescribe you with something that will work for your skin. I have a bit of acne/teenage spots and I always use the Seaweed Facewash from body shop and it always sorts out my skin =] It's specifically for spots but it's great for keeping your skin clean and refreshed.

and just wash your face constantly

The best acne product would have to be pro-active. Your skin will be clearer in a week. Guaranteed.

well, I may not be an expert, but so far my mom, my friend fred, my friend jerry, my friend mike, my friend nick, and about 12 other of my friends have use OXY spot treament and it has worked GREAT for them...
might I suggest you try this?If you use OXY, also get the OXY bar soap. its not required but it helps a hell of a lot. this is what is says on the bar soap box:

Patented technology delivers a long-lasting multi-action cleansing treatment deep into the pores to fight acne 300% longer than other leading acne treatment bars

then the OXY spot treatment says:
scientifically shown to unblock pores, fight blemishes, absorb oil, and soothe irritated skin.
basicly all you have to do is rub it into/unto the zit(s) and thats it. you let the mixture do the work and bam!
its works!
=]
hope this helped

Its time to stop trying to do it on your own and seek the advise of a professional. I wasted so much money with over the counter products for my acne, by the time I did go to a dermatologist, I spent hundreds of dollars.
Best product prescribe by a DR is Accutane! Once I was prescribed that pill, I noticed an immediate difference. I was on the treatment for a few months and at present, my skin (face, back chest) is clear. I was treated with Accutane over 10 years ago! This drug not only clears the acne, it prevents it from ever coming back. I have never suffered any king of clusters or rashes after treatment! I was told to wash with Dove soap and moisterize no matter what! That was over 10 years and I still wash with Dove soap and moisterize!
Research Accutane yourself and then go see a dermatologist. Tell him/her your interest so that you are not going through trial and error with other medications. Some doctors want to try other medicines before prescribing Accutane because of its side affects. (drying of the skin, eyes and lips) Women who are sexually active must be on birth control during therapy because it does cause birth defects. I must say, my dryness was minimum because the moisturizer recommended by the doctor, worked wonders!

Firstly using substances derived from vitamin A like retin-a or tazarotene, to reduce inflammation of the skin and to unplug pores. Retin-A can cause skin reddening at first but this is quite normal as the skin's blood supply is improved and younger looking skin begins to appear presenting a youthful complexion. Using a product that includes zinc will also help the vitamin a function better.

Strong cleaners will actually make acne worse because they take so much oil out of your skin that your body automatically produces MORE oil, making it worse. What you need to do it buy a gentle cleanser and moisturize with a oil-free lotion.
