Acne on chest and back

I have not BAD acne but I do have it, and I get it on my chest and on my back alittle bit.. is there anything good that would work, I herd that birthcontrol helps with that.. and I do need to go on it anyways, but does it really work.. I also have used...

proactive and it didnt help at all.. soo can someone recommend me somethign that will help..please?

the best thing to do would be to see a dermatologist. I saw one and they gave me perscription face wash that made my skin much better.

get the wave or neutrogena has been proven to work better and faster than pro active

Do you drink alcohol? This will make acne MUCH worse, especially on the chest and back. Do you drink enough water? DEFINITELY get 8 glasses of water a day. Good diet (it's true that you ARE what you eat) and exercise should clear things up... If they don't, dermatologist... (I should see one myself...)

I used to have that too so I went to the doctor and he gave me special cream for it because stuff for normal facial acne didn't help.

I use clearasil on my face.
then I started getting acne on my back chest a little too.
I just put the clearasil ance vanishing cream everywhere it helped.
