If you keep asking a question that's in obvious violation, then you can get temporarily disabled, or permanently deleted, depending on how bad the violation.
Many of the questions that get deleted, however, need only change a few things to make it a valid question.

It depends, if you keep posting duplicates and we have to continue deleting them, then yes...
If the questions were against terms of use, I suggest you funmail the advisor who deleted them and see if there's a way to change them. If you continue to post things that break terms of use, then yes, your account could be disabled or deleted.
