Well i got a 6 pack from doing 500 quickies every night for 2 weeks....if that is too much for u then try 100 then 200 then 300, etc. it really works...so good luck!!

Try doing different kinds of crunches. For example, do some regular, some with just one foot up, some with both feet straigh up, some with feet in an approximate 45 degree angle, and feet curled. Also do very many push ups. You'd be amazed at how upper body strength effects your whole body.
If you haven't see results in a week, try doing different exercises with weights, but remember, do not exceed your limit because it could hurt your muscles.
And remember to warm up and stretch before you do these things because it will decrease how sore you are the next day. If you get very sore, eat bannanas. Bannanas have potasium, which helps with cramps and soreness.
