Abs and legs.

I miss Spain.(: Asked by laurenn12 9 months ago, 2 answers.

I get to go to Spain in about 4 months. I really need to tone out my legs and get some abs rather than just the little fat sitting there.
I doubt I can run since it is freezing outside, and I don't think I would be able to go to the gym. But are there...

any other work out tips to help get my body in shape? ++keep it in shape.

Well I do gymnastics and that keeps me well in shape. but for you I recommend squats (for your legs) it also tones your butt aswell. if you dont know how to do those: Stand with your legs shoulder width apart and get lower.. only bending your knees.. do about 40 of these each day or however many you feel you can do. and for your tummy stick with some basic crunches!

Well for legs try cycling lol :P
And for abs sit ups is a simple way :P
And if you u need to tone out da legs you probs wanna work on your glutouse as well a.k.a. your butt so do some lunges but twist at the same time I've been told my butt is in great shape wink by these simple things Lol
