Abs??

What is most effective ab product that will give you the best results the fastest?

nothing!! duhh you just gotta work out a lot!! consider maybe doing sit-ups and push ups

There is no ab product. What you have to do is arok out (crunches) and stay away from fatty foods.Do this and your core muscles will tighten and then abs will begin to form.

My sister uses this product called hydrocut and she says it works. Of course no weight losing product is going to help you get abs, but it will cut down layers of fat and make it easier to target the muscles in your stomach when you work out. Once it is easier to target it, then start working out and stop with the pills and stay on a healthy diet... That's what I am doing to get abs even though I got a slim body lol..

No drug can make you buff,only working out and doing your best will,don't hurt yourself or push your body to far.
