How to lose weight with junk food in the house?

I need help about my weight... this is very serious so please dont laugh or anything. im 13 years old and over 150 pounds, well I geuss no need to hide my real weight is 180. My mom gets all the fat food and im trying to stay away but also we have no excersice equipment so I cant do that eaither. Any advise to lose weight if your mom brings junk food home mostly every day and you cant excersice? I have some diet pills called Cylaris and was wondering if I should take it, but it requires excersice and good food but since I dont have that I dont know what to do. please help me and no mean comments!!!

well let me start off by saying that you posting this question is very courageous og you and I admire you for it and you have actually started with the first step, reconizing the problem and asking help. I relize that weight can be a big issue, I actually used to weigh a lot more than I do now! but I wud suggest diet pills as a last resort. they are unsafe and can irregulate your hormone blance. I wud suggest talking to your mom bout this. tell her to stop buying all the junk food that slows you down. ask for her help, join your local ymca in order to work out. they have an gym with tread mills and stuff. losing weight is never easy but you can do it! it is all in your mind, you have to believe and than you can succeed! start with a diet plan.
breakfast- special k red berries cereal
lunch- tuna on toasted wheat with lowfat mayo and lettuce and add in some fruit or veggies
dinner- nothing like pizza or any thing, try salmon with rice pilaf and asparugus!
for drinks I suggest water and for snacks in between grab some carrots- no dressing or maybe a diet bar.

for working out I suggest
10 minutes on treadmill
5 minutes on upper body strenght
5 minutes on lower body
10 minutes on stomach

I understand that you may not have excersise equipment but try running in place, lifting liters of water or just doing situps!

I really hope I helped! if you stay motivated than you will be able to follow throu. just keep your goal in mind and you will reach it! it may not come easy and will take som etime but you can do it! I believe in u!

dont use the pills

try doing 20 sit ups before you go to sleep and during the day you could like take a walk around the block or something

also, if you eat lots of snacks, instead of eating that, chew gum and drink water and take your mind off of eating. dats what I do lol

oh and dont eat before you go to sleep because the fat from the food juss sits there in your stomach which makes you fatter.

Stopping is the hardest part, but once you've gotten use to not eating junk food, you wont want it anymore because it doesn't taste the same. I had to stop eating that stuff for xcountry and would I would try and eat some I couldn't because it was all too sweet.

I know I might just sound like a totally repeat but...

I know exactly where you are coming from. been there done that. when I was just going to highschool I weighted about 180. and freshmen year, those kids could be cruel. not so much what they say, but you know those looks... the way I did it? I wouldn't start tomorrow off by any strict diet by any means.. if you are use to taking in so many calories a day, its cool.. just try to cut out some things. freshman year, my next door neighbor and I walked everywhere. call up a friend and terrorize the town (har, its what we use to call it). go out, check out the area, stop in your local dollar store or drug store if you get cold, and keep going. see what you can find. and walking around will also get you out of your house so you won't be so tempted to eat those treats (by any means, I know that if I had access to a bag of cheetos, they would be gone, har).

give her a go, a social experience could help you out more than anything at this time in your life..

Hi honestly it won't be easy sticking to healthy eating habits if your mom is buying junk food.healthy food can also cost more if this is a problem come up with alternatives.If your mom is making say hamburgers have the meat without the bread! and a salad.Fried chicken have your baked or boiled.As for exercise walk jog dance in your room and so on.Its going to be hard and long to loose weight but worth it for your health and your looks just be smart about it (don't starve or take pills) and don't give up.Once you've reached your goal I bet you'll be the hottest chick at school!! you rock!!
