Ok I have always been a small peson but if I;m a person that loose and gain weight what does that called it that a problem.

Losing and gaining weight is perfectly normal. Everyones weight fluctuates depending on how much they eat, exercise, and depending on their bodys cycle. If your weight range is huge its probably because your daily intake and exercise changes majorly from day to day or week to week.

If you would like your weight to not fluctuate so much you should eat similarly each day and exercise for the same amount once every one to three days.
