About hair...

I want to dye my hair...but I don't know what color...what paint...and what products to use to take care of it..please give me some good colors that would suit me and give me the best brands and products you know don't damage hair.

I would say like a dark brown... a darker color would look best.

It all depends on your natural coloring (skin and eyebrows, not just your hair) and on your hair type. If you have dry hair and scalp, any dye products can make it worse.

If this is your first try, I'd say go for a shade that's not drastically different from your natural one. Extreme bleaches, intense black and bright orange-red rarely look 'natural' and they often cause a lot of comment - maybe something you don't want just now.

Things that don't contain bleaching agents (peroxide for example) are usually more gentle than ones that do. Read the labels and instructions - if you have to do a separate bleaching step first - watch out, that can mean harsh ingredients.

The gentlest are non-permanent rinses, then come dyes that don't require pre-bleaching. I don't think th bran name matter so much, as most brands have all sorts of different varieties. No matter what brand you choose, check for pre-bleaching, and always use a conditioner. Most brands supply their own conditioner anyway. And if you can, it's best air-dry your hair, not use a blow-dryer.
