I don't have a definite answer on this one. A lot of felonies are of the non-violent nature, so I would think that yes you would be able to. Best bet is to just ask the place where you would file the paperwork for the adoption. If you are still reporting to a parole officer or calling in to a probation or bail bond company, ask them as well. They should know.
