When is a fetus life? Is it concluded by when the fetus develops a heart beat?

a fetus is considered a life when it reaches the age of viability. This is around 22-25 weeks. This just means when the baby is able to live outside the womb. Before 23 weeks, it would die because it is not developed enough.

Same as what meggs said. But i believe that if you love the baby that you conceived then it is a life as soon as you find out it is inside of your body.
