Abortion

Ok so I was having this conversation with my boyfriend yesterday about abortion
And he thinks theres nuthing wrong with it and im trying to make him realise how very wrong abortion is
He keeps sayin like the baby will suffer if its born and it may get a disease and if the baby was concieved through rape then the guy who raped may want to rape the baby o_o
Anyways im bringing my point across about how wrong it is and how can it be justifiable to kill living thing inside a person when its clearly not justifiable to kill a human being who is living and already born
He told me not read the bible on topics like that because apparently the bible contains satanic messages...what? And the black metal bands we listen to doesnt?!
Anyways how can I convince him abortion is wrong

no I know, but sex sometimes leads to that...
there's the iuc which is non hormonal (but requires you to see a doctor), then you have the diaphragm... a little tricky to insert
ofcourse the condom is the best method...

heres my view...someone who doesnt want to be convinced shouldnt be...
why do you care so much that he goes against abortion? he still is the same even if he is pro abortion...leave it be...

well it doesnt bother me that much
but I just want him to listen to my reasons and well if I do end up gettin pregnant when I eventually have sex with him im sorta scared he'd want me to have an abortion =[

You don't need to make him believe the same thing as you. In fact, that may be impossible. Let him no now it is not an option for you, and he can make the decision later to impregnate you or not.

I think both you & your boyfriend know virtually NOTHING about abortion, to be debating it. Do some REAL research, before you discuss such a serious topic.

umm... I didnt say I knew everything about abortion...

he has already listened to your reasons and has disagreed with you.
Why try to convince him of something he doesnt believe in? You have your point of view, he has his... You feel just as strongly as he does, and trying to change his mind wont get you very far...
As for your own personal situation, that is simple... Use protection, everytime, and you wont have to worry about it. I'd get some sort of hormonal birth control (pill, patch, shot) as well as condoms just to be safe.
And he cant make you have an abortion. He can voice his opinion but he cant make you do anything.

yeah I guess I cant try and convince him
but I cant take any kind of hormone pill because I used to have tumours and those pills will make them come back and stuffs
but yeah I guess we're not gunna have sex til we're older. like sex isnt that much of a big deal anyways. just incase I happen to get pregnant ill be old enough

There are non hormonal forms of birth control. You should use a condom every time anyways, and you definitely shouldnt be having unprotected sex with someone when you're not ready to deal with theconsequences...
