Hi, All of that doctor terminology can be kind of crazy. The cerebellum is a part of your brain that controls the balance of your body. So that could be why you feel dizzy. You should always ask your doctor if you do not understand something. Don't let him get off easy it is his or her job to educate you as much as it is to treat your medical symptoms. Also think about a second opinion it never hurts esepcialy if your insurance covers it. Hope this helps a little.
