Is it normal for a women to have spots on the nipple and to have milk like coming out of the nipple and for the nipple to get a lot darker than normal.
Is that normal?

could you be pregnant? lactation doesn't normally occur unless a person is pregnant...

I cant be pregnant I am on the implanon

If milk is coming out of your nipple and you have never been pregnant it could be bad please go 2 the doctor and git checked...

A lot of times,early signs of breast cancer could be lactating..
I'd deifnitely see a doctor,especially if your not pregnant,because lactation normally doesnt happen.
It could be some kind of reaction to the medicine your on,or somehting too though.Just get it checked out by a doctor,ASAP.

princes go to the docs! lactation can also mean something sinister like cancer, or it can be an abnormality in the peturity gland, it could even be something simple like a cyst pressing on the milk glands...

either way, do a test, that will at least eliminate that possiblity...then go to docs. as for contraception, the only fool proof 100% reliable is not having sex...

no one will say, this is terrible and dispair now! becuase medical diagnosis or evem hypothasising what someting could be is always dangerous and inaccurate... only the doc, who can do tests will be able to advice...please get it checked out!

I think that you should take a pregnancy test, just in case because even birth control isn't 100% guaranteed.

I agree it isnt 100% safe, and as well me and my boyfriend doesnt use comdoms as well

well every time me and my boyfriend have sex we dont use comdoms as he doesnt like to so he will be shocked if it says postive
