In your opinion. What do you feel the characteristics of a true friend are?

Honesty, respect, trustworthiness, understanding, sharing, communicative, thoughtful, fun, dependable, cheers you up when your down and brings chicken soup over when you're sick, tells you the truth even when it hurts and will drop everything to help you out when life gets really rough. In my opinion, true friends can be counted on one hand.

everything that zorbot said, without the chicken soup thing, I might get freaked out if my friend randomly showed up with that, mostly cause where like 40 minutes apart. :]

talks you outta shizz, but you do the shizz anyways, and guess whos right beside you?? How bout your True Friend!!!

gets hungover with you
laughs with you
basically true friends relate a lot to a best friend. I love my friends like siblings, yet I dont mind my older sis and pick on and tease the hell and ruin my lil bro's life.
But that shiz is fun!!
