A song...

team =] Asked by volleeit18 4 months ago, 1 answer.

I wrote a song, tell me what you think!

Playing with fire

Like a match on wood
You struck so good
And the warmth of yourself
I wouldn’t want no one else

But baby, yeah,
Our love was a candle
Burning so fast,
To rapid to handle

And we burned so...

well
Bringing shame to hell
We started out strong
But the wick wasn’t long
And the candle we were
Was blazing unsure
And now you should know
The flames are much higher
Cause everyone burns
When you’re playing with fire

Yeah, being with you
Was like a 911 cry
Rushing all the words
To avoid smoke in the sky

Well we crashed and burned
As the fire got hotter
We were melting affection
My tears were the only water

And we burned so well
Bringing shame to hell
We started out strong
But the wick wasn’t long
And the candle we were
Was blazing unsure
And now you should know
The flames are much higher
Cause everyone burns
When you’re playing with fire

So somebody,
Somebody
Put us out
We’re charcoal lovers
Of own self doubt

Somebody
Somebody
Call 911
The alarms been pulled
And we’ve made a run

And we burned so well
Bringing shame to hell
We started out strong
But the wick wasn’t long
And the candle we were
Was blazing unsure
And now you should know
The flames are much higher
Cause everyone burns
When you’re playing with fire

So somebody,
Somebody
Put us out
We’re charcoal lovers
Stuck in a drought
