A skin just below pen*s

My pen*s has a bit of skin below it. After circumcision, it was hanging and grown big as it was inflamed. Now it is normal, grown smaller and just looks like a skin "sewed". I use the term sewed because I think it is the foreskin removed and just "sewed" below my pen*s. I think this is a problem during sex because it may stick out while getting "in". I have not yet tried sex im still a teen. Does anyone of you out there has is like me?

I discovered that this type of circumcision is dorsal slit. I dun like it because I think it looks bad. and I also think it can get in the way for sex.

It shouldn't get in your way; most circumcised guys don't have any problems. Was this done recently? Maybe you should get it checked out to see if it is a problem.

nope. there are types of circumcision procedure, like german cut, dorsal slit, etc.

mine is dorsal slit. german cut is I think the most common, while dorsal slit is just cutting half of the foreskin, so there is a skin below the pen*s which is hanging.
