A short trip.

Asked by chrisgood1 about 1 year ago, 5 answers.

I live in Northern California and I want to take a trip down to Southern Cali and go to a beach and take one person with me. I have no car but still want to be able to get there somehow. We would leave in the morning and then stay over night then leave...

in the morning the next day. Any suggestions? And yes I will have money.

Oh! I'm going with my boyfriend to NOR CAL! how funny. We're taking a bus to Bakersfield, then the Amtrak to Medesdo! Maybe you could take the same idea but in the other direction? I'm sure the train goes near the coast and you could find a stop you like. Just remember that the beaches aren't ALWAYS warm and you should pack a sweater and pants and real shoes. It's an awfully long trip to just stay a day though. I'd suggest you leave on a Friday afternoon stay Saturday and Sunday then leave Sunday night.

it sounds like to me you are trying in a discreet way for someone to offer to go with you? not a bad idea, but don't you have someone you actually know? what if someone offered and you were murdered? scary, you should know better. find a friend, not someone you meet online. I am not tring to be mean, really. just be smart.
